Purchase Diatomaceous Earth near Burlington, Ontario Canada? PDF Print E-mail

I live in Burlington, Ontario Canada.

Can you please help me find a source that supplies this anywhere near my city?

It would be most appreciated. My 16-month old Weimaraner has a serious parasite that can be treated with this.I phoned the only farm-feed store that I know of (Rens in Oakville) but they don't carry it. The rep. there said that I could probably get it at a Garden Centre. I haven't checked yet, but my concern is that if they do have it, it won't be the same stuff that can be ingested (I think that's the word?) by dogs?

Would the stuff at the garden centre (if they have it) be the same stuff you carry?

Thanking you in advance for any help you can provide.
Steve

Answer:

Hi Steve,
Thanks for the email. Please visit the following site to find a retail store near you: http://www.diatomitecanada.com/diatomite-retail.htm.

While I endeavor to answer as many questions as possible I do not give specific advice regarding specific pets/environments. The primary reason for this is due to the variety and types/grades of Diatomaceous Earth that are available for purchase.
